Commissioner Cory Moates moved to approve the minutes from the Aug. 25 meeting; Commissioner Jack Garner seconded and the motion passed unanimously. Moates then moved to approve payroll as presented; Commissioner Myra Carlisle Frazier seconded, and that motion also passed unanimously. Commissioner Frazier subsequently moved to approve the payables as presented; Commissioner Garner seconded and the board approved that motion unanimously as well.
