Selectboard unanimously adopts Tier 1B municipal resolution to establish Act 250 jurisdiction

The board voted by roll call and the motion carried with all in favor.
J. Rasmussen noted the document is updated roughly every eight years and can be amended if circumstances change. The resolution affects how certain land-use projects are reviewed under Vermont’s Act 250 framework and therefore bears on local permitting and oversight of development.
