Board members press LCB on reporting rules, zoning and banking risks for licensees

The chair suggested considering a sentinel-event style reporting requirement and noted federal banking prohibitions make cannabis licensees particularly vulnerable to theft, asking board members to consider whether penalties or additional protections are appropriate. No regulatory changes were adopted at the meeting.
