Chairman Jim W. MacGregor reviewed and signed tax abatements for tax years 2023–2025 totaling $957.02 ($225.14 for 2023, $224.04 for 2024, $507.84 for 2025). At 11:06 a.m. Commissioner Boyd Davis moved to adjourn until March 2, 2026 at 9:00 a.m.; Commissioner Nancy Hier seconded and the motion carried 3–0. Minutes were approved March 2, 2026.
