Sheriff Scott Brown and staff identified the attendees as Lieutenant Brennan, Deputy Dixon and Deputy Reese. A commissioner moved to approve the request with the slight adjustment for flexibility; the motion was seconded and the board voted in favor. No members recorded opposition. County staff said the training aligns with the intended use of opioid funds for law‑enforcement training.
