Ellis County schedules March 31 road tour; right-of-way project to start in Township 11

Project Manager Mike Freeman provided an update on the right-of-way project, saying he has met with Appraiser Eugene Rupp and that the plan is to work systematically starting in Township 11 and proceed through other areas. Freeman said staff aim to return to the commission with a project update in September.
Public Works Director Brendan Mackay will assist in preparing the tour route. Commissioners thanked staff for the update and offered no substantive amendments to the schedule or approach at the meeting.
