Clark County Planning Commission elects Mark Scholl chair, Jo Anderson vice-chair

The Clark County Planning Commission unanimously elected Mark Scholl as chair and Jo Anderson as vice-chair during its Feb. 4 meeting at Springview Government Center.
"Motion by Mrs. Anderson, Seconded by Commissioner Rittenhouse, to elect Mark Scholl as Chairperson," was recorded in the minutes; the roll call vote was unanimous and the motion carried. A separate motion by Commissioner Rittenhouse, seconded by Mr. Dave Stickney, elected Jo Anderson as vice-chair, also by unanimous vote.
Commissioners also approved a motion to excuse two absent members. The actions were procedural and took place at the start of the regular meeting called to order by Stephanie Dunlap of Clark County Community and Economic Development. The meeting record shows the commission then moved on to two linked rezoning cases on W. National Road.
