Hopkins also noted issues addressed in the meeting including site fill, building-code compliance, and EPA standards; he said the city will schedule additional discussion and opportunities for public comment when Terra Cotta presents finalized designs at a future City Council meeting. No formal actions were taken at the July 1 meeting.
