Residents urge evening meetings and clearer website information as county reports 342 survey responses on public-safety building

Marti Auckerman asked for clearer website navigation and a specific area for policy documents because she avoids social media; Media Specialist Madison Smith said she updated the survey link on the county website and homepage picture to match Facebook. County Administrator Jennifer Hutchinson reported "there has been 342 responses to the public safety building survey, and it is open until March 6." Commissioners confirmed evening meetings will continue on the first Wednesday of the month.
Speakers noted the county has an RFP out for TANF funds and other administrative items; no formal policy changes were proposed during public comment and no board action resulted from the comments recorded in this meeting.
