Clark County approves amended certificate and supplemental appropriations totaling over $2.7 million for multiple funds

On Feb. 4 the Board of Clark County Commissioners approved Amended Certificate #2 and a set of supplemental appropriations drawn from unappropriated funds. Key appropriations recorded in the resolution include $125,000 to Prosecutor pers & fringes; $764,000 to Commission operating expenses; $667,304 in transfers out; and $1,261,510.55 to Permanent Improvement capital outlay.
County Administrator Jennifer Hutchinson told the board that these measures reflect prior discussion of supplemental and capital requests and that "the commission merit increase was removed, but everything else is as it was discussed during the meeting." The motions were approved on unanimous roll calls.
The record lists the funds and amounts; line-item programmatic allocations and revenue sources for each supplemental were not read into the public record during the meeting and are therefore "not specified."
