Salary Board approves 12-hour dispatcher shifts and $1/hr increase for assessor

The Tioga County Salary Board convened immediately after the commissioners' meeting and approved reclassifying full-time 911 dispatcher hours/shift structure to a 12-hour shift effective Sept. 7, 2025. The action was recorded as unanimous (4-0).
The board also approved a $1.00 per hour increase for Billie Jo Hall, Field Assessor in the Assessment Office, effective Sept. 22, 2025, to recognize her CPE certification. The motions to approve the shift change and the pay increase were both carried unanimously by the Salary Board members present.
