The board also approved AT&T’s capital contribution of $300,000 toward construction of the Dutch Hill Tower facility, an additional $25,000 payment for presence on the tower when completed, and a rent abatement of $2,500 per month for a period of 10 years.
Commissioner Shane Nickerson moved the COW agreement and Commissioner Sam VanLoon seconded. The motions passed unanimously and minutes record both the operational COW fee and the larger capital and lease concessions in detail.
