Commissioners approve resignations, hire, transfer and reappointments

At the May 13 meeting the Tioga County Board of Commissioners recorded two staff resignations and approved a set of personnel actions.
Minutes note the resignations of Samantha Caber (Custodian, effective April 17, 2025) and Deborah Crawford (Administrative Director of Assessment, Planning & Tax Claim, effective May 30, 2025). The board approved hiring Morgan Snyder as an intern in the Soil Conservation District at $15.00 per hour, grant funded; transferring Blair Carson from Law Clerk to Assistant District Attorney effective May 19, 2025 with no salary change; and reappointing Donna Cleveland, Karl Kroeck and Donald Norman to the Farmland Preservation Board for three-year terms expiring October 21, 2027. Commissioners also approved appointing Jennifer Nawri as the Mansfield Free Public Library representative on the Potter-Tioga Library System Board of Directors. Each personnel motion passed by unanimous vote recorded in the minutes.
