Commissioners approve Act 13 grants for training, emergency water and wastewater upgrades

Finally, the board approved $42,500 in Act 13 assistance for critical upgrades at the Mansfield Borough Wastewater Treatment Plant. All three motions passed with three ayes and no nays.
