The Saugus Board of Assessors approved the minutes of its April 27, 2026 open meeting at a session called to order by Chairperson David Ricciardelli at 5:07 PM on June 22, 2026. The board recorded members present and absent and moved on to routine administrative business.
Board members reviewed and approved the March, April and May abatement reports for 2026. Deputy Assessor Iwona Wilt and Assistant Assessor Tracy Grove presented the reports; the minutes state the reports "were reviewed and approved." The board also confirmed that Daniel Kelly was absent for the meeting and that Tracy Grove will confirm the July meeting room booking.
