The current proposal covers phase 1 with 67 residential lots and one open space; proposed lot sizes range from about 1 acre to 16.973 acres and the staff report said parcels will be served by public water and septic.
The presenter said the development is surrounded by suburban residential neighborhoods and that staff do not anticipate adverse environmental impacts; the preliminary plat is for review and comment and will be considered by the Board of Zoning on Thursday. Staff noted that the final plat (and any road approvals) will return to the commission after roads, utilities and final stabilization are complete.
