Developer Matthew McQueen introduced himself and said the team intends to market lots, set up an HOA, and include amenities such as a pavilion, dog park, and playground. McQueen said infrastructure plans include water mains and fire hydrants; staff confirmed development requirements will require hydrant provision and other public-safety features. The commission moved and seconded a recommendation of approval.
