County staff seek approval of FY26 3 Rivers meals contract as home‑delivered service funding rises

Dan Wootenford (presenting) thanked the board for prior kitchen upgrades at active‑life centers and asked approval of the annual contract with 3 Rivers Area Agency on Aging to continue congregate and home‑delivered meal services. He said completed kitchen work includes a new floor and convection oven and invited commissioners to a grand‑opening the following week.

Wootenford told commissioners, “we will have a slight increase in both home delivered mill and congregate mills. The largest amount will come in our home delivered mill program.” Staff indicated the contract renews annually and that the board will be asked to approve it at tonight’s meeting; no vote was recorded during the work session.
