County gets update on 2nd-floor courthouse remodel; special-needs assessment delivered

The Administrative Services Committee received an update on the Phase 2 second-floor courthouse remodel. Director of Operations Matt Payette told the committee that the special needs assessment and master plan were received on Jan. 12 and will be reviewed to develop a final concept.
Payette said the final concept will include cost estimates that encompass all Health & Human Services divisions; the Finance Director will prepare a funding plan to present to the committee. No formal funding decisions were recorded at the meeting.
