There was no public comment on the minutes and the motion carried with the following recorded yes votes: Lynn Beaty, Glenn Benton, Jimmy Cochran, Julian Darby, Pam Glorioso, John Ed Jorden, Julianna Parks, Doug Rimmer, Philip Rodgers, Tom Salzer and Keith Sutton.
