At the Jan. 21 meeting, the Napa County Community Corrections Partnership approved budget adjustments for AB 109 services, including a salary differential of $46,633 to cover a reclassification from Account Clerk II to Staff Services Analyst II and $3,300 for annual software subscriptions. The motion to approve those items was moved by Oscar Ortiz, seconded by Allison Haley; Amanda Gibbs abstained and the motion carried.
The committee also approved a separate request from the Napa County Probation Department to establish a $100,000 Crisis and Emergency Fund for AB 109 individuals in the FY 2026/2027 budget. The emergency assistance request was moved by Joshua Schultz and seconded by Allison Haley; Amanda Gibbs recorded an abstention and the motion carried.
