The Napa County Community Corrections Partnership voted Jan. 21 to approve the Special Meeting minutes from Sept. 17, 2025, with Joshua Schultz moving the motion and Jennifer Yasumoto seconding; Allison Haley and Cassandra Eslami recorded abstentions and the motion carried.
The committee also reviewed an application submitted by Fabio Rodriguez for a chief of police vacancy and voted to forward a recommendation to the Napa County Board of Supervisors. The motion to recommend was made by Allison Haley and seconded by Aaron Mosley; the motion carried.
