The Fulton County Board of Commissioners adopted Resolution 2026-142 on Feb. 24, 2026, authorizing the use of a Purchase Order Edit List prepared by the Fulton County Auditor to be kept on file in the Commissioners' office in lieu of journalizing each individual edit. Commissioner Jon Rupp moved for adoption and Commissioner Joe Short seconded; the motion carried 2-0.
The same resolution also approved travel requests as submitted. The resolution states the Purchase Order Edit List will be on file in the Commissioners' office and available in lieu of journalization; individual purchase orders will still be signed if necessary, and the edit list will be maintained by the Commissioners' office.
