At the June 10 meeting the Tioga County commissioners approved a set of administrative actions recorded in the minutes.
The board approved use of the Green for the annual Children’s Business Fair on August 1, 2025. It also approved a set of real estate tax refunds listing payees and amounts (examples in the minutes include Katrina Weiskoff, Blossburg Borough, $141.76; Richard L. Shenk Sr. & Kelly L., Deerfield Twp., $163.70; and other items recorded). The board confirmed Northern Tier Regional Planning and Development Commission advisory appointments for 2025‑2026, including Kristin Hamilton, Chris Bull and Rachel Hauser for Economic Development, and listed Local Loan Review and Rural Area Transportation appointees.
The board approved a lease agreement with the Tioga County Development Corporation (Develop Tioga) for four office spaces in the Patterson Trailhead Building at $650 per month, term four years with an automatic one‑year renewal. The minutes also record approval of eight Department of Human Services agreements (the minutes note the agreements are attached).
