The council set a public hearing and consideration for adoption at the April 21, 2026 council meeting at 3:00 p.m.
No members of the public spoke on the item at the April 7 meeting. The chair indicated the item will be considered for adoption at the April 21 hearing; copies of the proposed ordinance are on file with the Clerk of Council.
