After adopting the amendment, the council moved to adopt the ordinance itself. The motion to adopt was moved by Councilmember Gillis McCloskey and seconded by Cindi Meyer; the roll call recorded YEAS by Cusimano, Moran, Meyer, Randall, Mones, McCloskey, and Council Chair Fred Everhardt cast his vote as YEA. The ordinance was declared adopted on April 7, 2026; copies of the full ordinance are on file with the Clerk of Council.
