At the start of the Feb. 24 meeting’s public comment period, Chad Christofferson told council members he has been pursuing resolution of a personal issue since 2020 and that his efforts have included multiple emails to council members and phone contact with staff. He said he does not want to keep returning to council meetings without progress and requested that someone with decision‑making authority help answer his questions and establish a clear path forward.
Mayor Bradley J. Frost acknowledged Christofferson’s frustration and encouraged him to continue working directly with City Administrator David Bunker. Minutes record that Mr. Bunker and Council Member Tim Holley had previously communicated with Christofferson by phone and email as part of ongoing attempts to move the matter forward.
