Chief Appraiser Robert Bailey presented multiple CUVA/FLPA items to the board during the March 24 meeting. The board approved changing CUVA status on Parcel 017-046-I from denied to approved for hay after a motion by Jay Moon and a second from Bill Malone; the motion carried with the recorded result "All in Favor."
Bailey presented the third round of 2026 CUVA/FLPA applications and the board approved a list of new CUVA/FLPA parcels (including 021-161, 017-046D, 045-046, 020-092E and others listed in the minutes) after a motion by Kevin Hanville, seconded by Bill Malone, recorded as "All in Favor." The board also voted to deny renewal applications for parcels 043-087B, 043-087C and 025-027 (motion by Chris Sides, second by Kevin Hanville; all in favor). Several renewal and continuation applications were approved in subsequent grouped motions; the minutes list the full parcel IDs accepted by the board.
