Board members complete and schedule assessor training courses

Chief Appraiser Robert Bailey reviewed upcoming training for board members. Mr. Jay Moon completed Course I and received credit for 40 hours. Mr. Kevin Hanville is scheduled to attend Course IA April 13–17; Mr. Bill Malone is scheduled to attend IAAO Course 101 April 20–24.
Bailey also noted that he and Vice Chair Chris Sides are scheduled to attend CAVEAT May 19–21 in person, while Chair Nicole Wasendorf is scheduled to attend virtually on the same dates. The minutes record those schedules and certificates as part of new business; no vote was required.
