Council moved to authorize the Youth Commission to expend the Learn365 funds and allocate $8,700 for the waste‑station project and support the clothing drive; the motion was seconded and carried. Council members praised the students for their volunteer work and requested that the commission finalize locations and a maintenance plan with the recreation department.
