Commissioners approve multiple hires, promotions and a termination; appoint Bruce Vickery to TCIDA

Separately, the board appointed Bruce Vickery to replace Beth Weiskopff on the Tioga County Industrial Development Authority board, filling a term expiring Dec. 31, 2028. All personnel actions were approved by unanimous vote as recorded in the minutes.
