The board also approved continuation of a Cooperative Agreement between the Tioga‑Hammond Lakes Project and the Tioga County Sheriff’s Office for law enforcement services in 2025, with the U.S. Army Corps to pay the county an amount not to exceed $4,877.80 per area for approximately 14 weeks of service. All motions were recorded as passed unanimously.
