The resolution designates Commissioner Marc Rice and Assistant Chief Clerk Jennifer Cochran to execute all documents and agreements related to the grant request.
Commissioner Marc Rice and Assistant Chief Clerk Jennifer Cochran were authorized to complete and sign application materials and subsequent contracts on the county’s behalf, per the resolution language certified by Chief Clerk Janice Chamberlain. The board voted unanimously to adopt the measure.
