Ezell called the roll at 3:09 p.m.; 11 members were present and one was absent. The board adopted the April 15, 2026 minutes on a motion by Mr. Philip Rodgers, seconded by Mr. Julian Darby; the motion carried unanimously.
The board ratified two Certificates of Substantial Completion: Project No. 2024-121 (Repairs to CSR and Headworks Structures at the Sewer Treatment Plant) on a motion by Mr. John Ed Jorden, seconded by Mr. Jimmy Cochran, and Project No. 2024-122 (Winfield Road Lift Station and Sewer Improvements) on a motion by Mr. Tom Salzer, seconded by Ms. Pam Glorioso. Both ratifications were recorded as previously approved by the Bossier Parish Police Jury on May 6, 2026. Chairman Glenn Benton adjourned the meeting at 3:12 p.m.
