Commissioners asked for precise sign‑placement locations to be specified in the ordinance; Spencer identified 119 Liberty Hill Road and 905 Liberty Hill Road as sign locations for each end of the posted zone.
The board moved and seconded a motion to adopt the recommended 45‑mph speed zone and associated ordinance language; the motion passed unanimously. Commissioners said staff will provide ordinance language with the specific mileposts and give appropriate advance public notice before enforcement.
