Commission declares surplus items and tables Puffer Lake conservation easement

The commission voted to declare surplus two touchscreen monitors, one convection oven and three commercial freezers; the items were authorized for sale at $10 each. The motion to declare the listed items surplus was made by Commissioner Brandon Yardley, seconded by Commissioner Tammy Pearson, and passed unanimously.

Separately, a conservation easement returned by the Department of Natural Resources was presented for consideration and tabled for further review. The commission voted to table the Puffer Lake Conservation Easement pending further questions and review (motion by Commissioner Pearson, seconded by Commissioner Yardley).
