DNR and county review Puffer Lake conservation easement; edits to Sections 3 and 5 recommended

Representatives from the Utah Division of Natural Resources joined the Beaver County Commission by Zoom to review the proposed conservation easement for Puffer Lake, a county-owned property. Nicole Hanna, identified as a DNR attorney, and colleagues Maureen Casper and Patrick Morrison said the document had undergone multiple reviews and that all parties agreed with the language presented, but they recommended clarifying edits to Sections 3 and 5.
The minutes record that the easement "is being considered for adoption" and will be revised to address the recommended clarifications; no final adoption vote is recorded in the Jan. 20 minutes.
