PCPSA reviews delinquent accounts and ongoing warrant-in-debt filings

Series of demand letters were mailed in Oct–Dec 2025; the board had previously authorized filing "warrant in debt" claims against moved accounts unpaid 30 days after demand. Vernon reported several suits have been filed with varying results: two accounts paid prior to court dates, two could not be filed due to unknown addresses, two judgments were won totaling $499.15, and other cases remain pending with court dates later this year.
Vernon also reported five outstanding non-user availability fee liens totaling $14,750.92 and noted that one property owner who entered a payment-plan agreement will have a lien removed upon completion of payments. The board accepted the collection-status update; no new collection policy changes were adopted at the meeting.
