Members pressed for more information: Kurt Bozenmayer said salary and fee-control arrangements would need close review, noting other localities had limited ability to set salaries or fees. Brian Alley raised questions about liability coverage for county-operated facilities. James said the Corps would open the facility for the season and the county would then proceed from there; staff will circulate the Corps’ email to interested members for review.
