PCPSA reports positive FY26 fund balances for water and sewer accounts

Mark Vernon and Treasurer Ruth Russell presented the FY26 County Treasurer Account Detail Reports. The Water Fund ending balance was reported at $257,671.56 (revenue $228,106.68; expenditures $72,347.75; net +$29,565.28). The Sewer Fund ending balance was reported at $37,505.47 (revenue $32,624.82; expenditures $22,241.44; net +$4,880.65).
Vernon cautioned the board that the treasurer transactions reflected activity through Dec. 31, 2025, and that there may be outstanding debits or credits not yet shown on the report. Directors accepted the account detail reports as presented.
