Beach Manager Lara Norris told the commission she has received multiple compliments about the beach and staff and reported that one guard moved away, leaving an 11-person guard roster. She said staff are working well together and that she plans to conduct annual performance reviews at the end of the season.
Lara also said she purchased supplies required by TAHD and confirmed that the required annual water test for the snack shack passed; the certificate is posted at the snack shack for the season and the commission will schedule next year’s test for the first week of June. Lara will follow up with Corinne Houle about Laurentano's delivery status.
