Board delays Burlington Dam 3 decision after survey data missing

Zimmerman noted a pre-application meeting with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers indicated SHPO will likely require mitigation tied to the community; Frohling said she had met with Metcalf Archaeology to consider such options.
The memo Frohling presented included specific option cost lines and the Board briefly discussed the difference between dam rehabilitation (which would require temporary and permanent easements) and dam removal (which would require temporary construction easements). No final choice was made; the Board instructed staff to obtain the missing survey data and bring the item back at the April meeting.
