The Iron County Economic Development Committee convened at 6:05 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 28, 2026, at the Iron County Courthouse, Chairman Rick Boes said. The committee completed roll call and recited the Pledge of Allegiance.
Committee members moved promptly to housekeeping business. Julie Doucette made the motion to approve the Dec. 3, 2025 meeting minutes, with Jamey Francis seconding; the motion carried unanimously. Paul Mullard moved to approve the Jan. 14, 2026 minutes, with Doucette supporting; that motion also passed unanimously. According to the meeting header, those minutes were recorded as approved on March 4, 2026.
The meeting was recorded by Joseph Miller and reviewed by Rebecca Holm. Chairman Boes adjourned the committee at 7:21 p.m.
