Residents press council for action on feral cat problem; spay/neuter help suggested

Katherine Kenison responded that some shelters, veterinarians and Washington State University might help with spaying and neutering to address the population.
Councilmembers discussed the matter and noted that some restaurants may be contributing to the issue. The minutes record that the council agreed to continue discussion of the feral cat problem at a future meeting; no action or funding was recorded on March 4.
