The Minidoka County Urban Renewal Agency on Feb. 18 tentatively accepted its FY2025 Annual Report and directed publication of a public comment meeting for March 18, 2026. Brent Tolman, the agency’s administrator with Outwest Policy Advisors, presented the draft and noted the statutorily required filing with the state comptroller and county clerk by the end of March.
The report, as presented, outlines the agency’s history, board membership, administrative and legal services, and activities in 2025 including the implementation of Revenue Allocation Area #1 and approval steps for Revenue Allocation Area #2. The board voted unanimously to tentatively accept the report (motion moved by Commissioner Kit Carney, seconded by Commissioner Sheryl Koyle). The agency set March 18, 2026, as the date for public comment on the report and scheduled the next regular meeting for the same day.
