She said the county had populated the data system over the holidays and is prepared for an audit at the end of January and another review tied to the Drug Medi-Cal organized delivery system waiver and the substance use block grant at the end of February.
Eslami said the county is preparing an integrated BHSA plan for housing and supported services, which will be submitted to the state on time and is subject to a 30-day state review and feedback period. She also announced she will transition out of her role as Behavioral Health Director at the end of February 2026 and told the board that "the funding we receive for now is safe," referring to county-level flows after a federal block-grant announcement.
