Separately, Health Department staffer Kandy Dowell said she is accepting applications for an EMS/Health billing clerk. Commissioners approved a merit increase for Kristina Hanks from $23.34 per hour to $23.84 per hour; Commissioner Perry Russell moved and Commissioner Doug Hendricks seconded the motion, which carried 3-0.
