Each recess concluded with the board returning to open session and Chairman Jim Maxwell reporting no decisions were made or actions taken in executive session.
After the second executive session the board adjourned at 10:50 a.m. The meetings were recorded in the minutes as closed consultations; no personnel actions were announced publicly at the meeting.
