The minutes report total payroll with workers compensation and unemployment for July 2025 as $866,850.45 and total claims and payroll for July 2025 as $1,207,363.31.
The Treasurer’s report listed investment interest amounts (Opportunity Bank STIP Interest $145,647.36; Money Market $3,415.26; Checking Interest $55.09) and deposit items including oil royalty receipts from companies such as Kraken Oil ($39,372.52) and Oasis Petroleum ($9,030.21). The minutes indicate these receipts were deposited to the General Fund and other funds as recorded.
