Suffield P&Z sets public hearing for floodplain regulation updates to align with CTDEEP and new FEMA maps

Mr. Dunn moved to accept the file and set the hearing; Mr. Keane seconded. The motion passed unanimously (6-0-0). The amendment was presented as a staff-initiated update; the Commission will consider public comment at the scheduled September hearing before taking final action.
